Birthday + New Studio Lights!

Today, September 27th, is my birthday! I am 17 now, and it also marks the day when I first got my DSLR a year ago. I have also received some studio lights (an Opus lightkit), you can see here: [link]
I am so excited to try out my new toys! :heart:

I am also excited about this coming fall and all of the pretty colours! I have never had the chance to do a photoshoot in the fall, but I am looking forward to doing so!

I am 16 and I am self-taught in photography, drawing and painting. I enjoy very much doing photography, as well as traditionnal art.

your work is beautiful! Im 17 as well and very into graphic design. I started doing it a while ago but recently started trying to get business. I have already worked for 4 companies in my area. My point is you have a lot of skill and should start looking at making a career out of this!

Well I just started Doing work for my family and friends. Then I started going around to graphic design studios and shadowing this helped me learn a lot! Right now Im looking at interning at a Graphic Design studio called mad monkey. I have gone to a few conventions and got some work out of that. Even if you don't get into anything right now just make sure to keep doing what your doing because the more you practice the better you will get.

But my biggest advice would be to look for photography studios in your area and see if they offer internships, I have heard that a lot of internships turn into jobs.
